Our handmade rubber boots including the Balmoral collection are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months
from date of purchase. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear, improper fitting/sizing or misuse of our products.
In the event that your rubber footwear is defective, please return to your authorised Hunter Stockist with the valid
proof of purchase for evaluation. All footwear must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned for evaluation. Replacement of your footwear under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty. The warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the product you return is found to be covered by this warranty and you are able to provide the original proof of purchase, Hunter may issue a refund to you for the purchase price you originally paid or, at Hunter's discretion, offer an exchange up to the value of the original order. All exchanges are at Hunter's discretion and subject to availability of suitable replacement stock.
The Original Tour boot is excluded from Hunter's 12 month warranty because of its unique lightweight and foldable construction. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our range of rubber footwear has been designed for a variety of different purposes. Some styles are only suitable
for light fashion wear as opposed to general use. This is detailed in the product specific information at
hunterboots.com. For moderate to heavy country use we recommend the Hunter Balmoral Range. For equestrian use we
recommend the Balmoral Equestrian.
To ensure your Hunter footwear fits correctly and comfortably, we recommend wearing socks designed for use with our rubber boot and shoe range. Hunter sell a wide variety socks and insoles which are available to purchase from our online store and good Hunter retailers.
If you require further advice regarding choosing a suitable style or footwear accessory, please contact your authorised Hunter Stockist or our Customer Service Team.
To ensure your rubber footwear stays in good condition wipe with lukewarm, soapy water after use and allow to dry naturally. We recommend the use of our range of Hunter Care Products to keep your rubber footwear looking its best. Store all footwear in a cool, dry, location avoiding direct contact with any heat source, extreme cold or sunlight. Do not store folded or creased.
Occasionally, you may notice a white powdery "bloom" on your Hunter rubber footwear, this is because rubber is a natural product and in certain conditions, insoluble particles may rise to the surface. This is a normal process, characteristic of high quality, natural rubber and nothing to be concerned about.
This process does not affect the performance or durability of your boots.
A pristine finish and shine is easily restored with regular use of Hunter Boot Buffer, or Hunter Instant Boot Shine, available from good Hunter retailers, as well as from our online store. Hunter Boot Buffer is not suitable for use on footwear with a metallic finish.
There is an increased risk of slip with on-going sole wear. Exposure to solvents, oils and animal fats can swell the rubber, also increasing the risk of slip. Please note that Hunter Footwear contains natural latex rubber which some people may be allergic to. Some footwear and accessories with long trims are not suitable to be worn when near machinery.
